    I love this 28 days of self love. I’m a health fanatic but I’ve been missing all the other important things. I’ve been overly stressed for many years trying to fix a broken relationship that wasn’t going anywhere, which drained me mentally and physically to the point where I forgot how to do simple things like smile. It’s definitely time for me to take charge of my life and focus more on improving myself. Self-love is the source of all our other loves.

      Thank you for the comment and we do lose foucus at times in when we are in relationships. It’s great for us to get back to putting us first and loving on ourselves more. When you focus on you first then the relationship you desire will happen at the right time.

    These 28 days of self love is great! I love the focus on health and fitness too. I always feel better when I work out. also the “no complaining” is great advice. Its best to forgive ourselves and focus on improving instead 🙂

      Hi Melissa and thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. Self-love encompasses everything from fitness, food, mental etc. Yes, “No Complaining” is a great one because too often we only focus on the negatives instead of the great things that are present in front of us.
